The Database Administrator will manage and administer the backbone of technological infrastructure.
The role includes shaping system definitions, structures, and documentation to support long-term business operations.
Maintain and Protect
- Configure, install, maintain, and optimize database management systems for reliable performance.
- Manage user access and implement policies and procedures to protect data from unauthorized access and external threats.
Strategize to Scale
- Conduct capacity planning and growth projections based on usage.
- Coordinate database project plans with teams and organizational goals.
- Propose and implement enhancements that improve system performance and reliability.
