- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that align with clients' business objectives
- Conduct assessments of current data capabilities and provide actionable insights to enhance data driven decision making
- Develop roadmaps for data management, analytics, and governance initiatives
- Establish and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with data regulations and industry standards
- Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide tailored consulting solutions
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on data governance best practices
- Lead client engagements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high quality consulting services
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or any data related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading data strategy and governance projects for large organizations
- Comprehensive knowledge of DAMA or NDMO
- Experience in consulting and client management is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and tools
- Proficiency in data management and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent bilingual verbal/written communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non technical stakeholders
