Role Overview

Lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance initiatives for large organizations.

Combine strategic advisory, implementation leadership, architecture expertise, and governance execution.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and define enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder alignment.
  • Design AI-ready data operating models.
  • Translate business objectives into data capabilities.
  • Conduct data governance maturity assessments and design governance frameworks.
  • Define data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata, and lineage strategies.
  • Develop policy-as-code approaches.
  • Develop enterprise cloud data, lakehouse, data mesh, data product, and event-driven architectures.
  • Align architecture with strategy, governance, and security models.
  • Lead enterprise transformation programs and guide technical teams.
  • Define reusable methodologies and accelerators.

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years in data architecture, governance, or strategy.
  • Experience implementing governance programs at scale.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms.
  • Demonstrated architecture design experience.
  • BFSI domain experience.
  • Exposure to Collibra, Alation, Purview, Informatica, Snowflake Horizon, or Databricks Unity Catalog.
  • Knowledge graph or semantic modeling experience.
