Job summary
The role is an experienced Technical Data Steward position focused on data analysis, quality, profiling, metadata, lineage, and MedTech Supply Chain data.
The candidate works with Product Managers, Business SMEs, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Analytics teams to make data accurate, consistent, traceable, and fit for business use.
Previous Johnson & Johnson experience and direct J&J MedTech Supply Chain experience are mandatory.
Experience required
- Seven or more years of overall experience in data, analytics, data engineering, data governance, or related areas.
- Three or more years of experience in data stewardship, data quality, data analysis, data governance, or a closely related technical data role.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience and experience with large enterprise datasets and multiple source systems.
- Experience with data profiling, reconciliation, data-quality validation, root-cause analysis, data models, and enterprise business relationships.
- Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams and translating business rules into technical validation rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
