- Review and validate human-labeled data for AI training dataset consistency and accuracy.
- Resolve annotation discrepancies using source materials and guidelines.
- Refine annotation guidelines and data quality standards with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report data labeling performance metrics.
- Document data sources, labeling rules, processes, and quality checks.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic data validation techniques and attention to detail is required.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and maintain consistency in data handling tasks.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or data management tools is required.
