- Identify business, market, learner, and consumer trends and translate them into recommendations.
- Analyze business performance, define and track KPIs, and conduct deep dives into consumer behavior and business trends.
- Partner with business leaders on consumer strategy and strategic prioritization.
- Support dashboards and reporting systems for key business and consumer metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional partners.
