Role overview
The Data Scientist joins the Product and Technology team to build and apply advanced decisioning capabilities for personalization, experimentation, and growth optimization.
The role combines core product development with customer-facing data science and requires moving models from theory and experimentation into production.
What you will do
- Design, build, and productionize predictive and decisioning models for next-best action and real-time personalization.
- Apply causal inference and contextual multi-armed bandits to optimize customer interactions and measure incremental impact.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed models into scalable, real-time systems.
- Develop and validate models with customers based on their business objectives and data environments.
- Translate business goals into modeling strategies and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to experimentation frameworks, uplift modeling, closed-loop optimization, and data science deployment standards.
