Responsibilities
- Define company vision and goals, oversee operations, and ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and explore new opportunities in AR, VR, XR, and WebAR markets
- Guide 3D artists and cross functional teams, making decisions on resource allocation and setting priorities
- Provide financial oversight, risk management, and cultivate a culture that encourages innovation and collaboration
Requirements
- Experience in business leadership and management, including strategic planning, operations oversight, and decision making
- Background in 3D, AR, VR, XR, or related digital content industries
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, communication, and partnership development
- Financial acumen, such as budgeting, forecasting, and managing revenue, costs, and profitability
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, foster a respectful and inclusive work environment, and drive performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with problem solving skills and the ability to identify and act on market opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Willingness to work on site in Haldwani and be actively involved in day to day operations

- The Owner role at Ikarus 3D is a full time, on site position based in Haldwani.
