Role Description
- The Owner role at SEACODE DIGITAL is a full time, remote position responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Day to day tasks include setting organizational goals, managing budgets and financial performance, and guiding the development of digital products and services.
- The Owner collaborates with team members and partners, builds and maintains client relationships, and leads business development efforts to expand market presence.
- This role also involves defining processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning within the organization.
Qualifications
