The Payments Data and Analytics team delivers insights, data strategy, and data-driven products to grow the payments business.

The work supports internal sales and product teams and covers payments areas including consumer-to-business payments, FX, trade finance, and liquidity.
Job Responsibilities
- Explore how money moves through the network and translate data into insights that shape payments product strategy.
- Partner with teams that sell, build, and deliver payments products.
- Design internal data-driven products and robust data assets with product managers.
- Evaluate agentic AI workflows to improve efficiency, decisioning, and execution.
- Identify, size, and prioritize use cases using business understanding and program management discipline.
- Design solutions using rigorous analytical thinking and hands-on technical skills.
- Build stakeholder partnerships and deliver insights that increase revenue and improve client outcomes.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and executive audiences.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Have 4+ years of experience delivering data science and analytics solutions from problem framing through production deployment.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have strong hands-on experience with modern data and analytics platforms and tooling such as Databricks, PySpark or Spark, and SQL.
- Have experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau.
- Have working knowledge of AI-powered solution development, including LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, and MCP-style integrations.
- Have experience building on cloud platforms such as AWS and operating cloud data workloads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of building trust-based partnerships across teams and functions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building agentic AI solutions.
- Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or other technology-enabled industries.
- A background in management consulting.
