5+ years of experience in a measurement-driven function with experience working directly with leadership.
2+ years of management experience with a proven ability to hire and develop talent.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, computer engineering, or a related field.
Expert-level experience with data analysis and pipeline tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, Airflow, and Git/GitHub.
Experience hiring, leading, developing, and retaining talent
Deep expertise in machine learning tools (e.g., Tensorflow, sci-kit learn, Gradient Boosting, Neural Networks) and statistical techniques (Causal inference, A/B testing).
Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills; experience in marketing/media measurement is strongly preferred.

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks and occasional meals .
Base compensation range: $158,000 - $185,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
