Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead, Global Business Services

Experience/Qualifications:

• * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with relevant experience in data and analytics. * Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global business services environment, with experience in a leadership or lead role preferred. * Good working knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling, with the ability to develop and review BI solutions. * Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration. * Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems * Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL) for data manipulation and querying. * Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and potentially Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). Familiarity with modules like financials, procurement, and human resources * Extensive experience in managing relationships within a finance reporting environment. * Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate stakeholders. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in addition to having strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling financial information. * Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel & PowerBi, for data analysis and reporting * Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global finance regulations and best practices.
