We are seeking a part-time Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data. You will monitor data quality metrics, identify anomalies, and collaborate with teams to define data standards.

Responsibilities
- Monitor data quality metrics, identify data anomalies, and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues
- Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to define data standards, support data governance processes, and document data flows and rules
- Validate data transformations, assist in data cleansing activities, and prepare clear reports and dashboards that highlight data quality trends and risks
- Proactively communicate and work independently while meeting agreed timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Strong Data Quality and Data Governance skills, including experience defining data standards, controls, and validation rules
- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analytics, with the ability to work with databases, datasets, and reporting tools
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including pattern recognition, problem solving, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing tools, or data quality platforms is highly beneficial
- Solid understanding of SQL or similar query languages and familiarity with spreadsheets or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data issues to non technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, part time setting, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
