Role overview
Support Finance Planning & Analysis data products that enable reliable planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
The role covers finance data domains including Reference, Headcount, Consolidated Financials, FX, and Anaplan.
Partner with Finance, Technology, and product teams to improve data reliability, scalability, controls, and automation.
Job responsibilities
- Support business-as-usual operations, production monitoring, issue triage, data validation, reporting, user engagement, UAT, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, validate data outcomes, and support enhanced system and reporting capabilities.
- Support backlog prioritization, fix and enhancement validation, and change management activities.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, process flows, issue logs, and evidence artifacts for operational consistency, knowledge transfer, and audit readiness.
- Extract, analyze, and summarize data for ad hoc requests, operational reviews, business analysis, and leadership updates.
- Translate complex technical, data, and process issues into clear communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support modernization of data models, reporting architecture, automation pipelines, self-service capabilities, and scalable operating models.
- Use agile delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.
