Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data privacy, data protection, compliance, or governance
- Strong understanding of Saudi PDPL, its implementing regulations, and related
- regulatory guidance
- Proven experience supporting privacy programs in large, complex organizations
- Hands-on experience with privacy operations, including DSR handling, RoPA
- maintenance, DPIA execution, and privacy risk assessments
- Ability to review and enhance privacy policies, procedures, templates, and
- operational documentation
- Experience working with business, legal, compliance, technology, and data teams to
- operationalize privacy requirements
- Ability to explain privacy concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support
- privacy awareness initiatives
- Experience in KSA or GCC regulatory environments is highly preferred
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business
- Administration, or related fields
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or similar privacy/data protection
- certifications are a plus
- Nice to Have
- Experience in financial sector
- Experience in developing executive dashboards for technology and operational
- performance tracking
Engagement Duration
- 6 months, with immediate mobilization preferred. High chances of permanent offer or long term contract
Location
- Riyadh, KSA
- Candidate should be based in KSA or able to obtain a visa and be present in KSA throughout the engagement. Candidates based out of India and Egypt are free to apply.
