Data Platform Product Manager Lead

Significant experience leading large-scale data platforms, technology products or enterprise capabilities within financial services or similarly complex, data-driven environments

Strong product management experience, including defining strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities and delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups

Deep understanding of market data, reference data, data governance and modern data platform architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Experience driving innovation through artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics, with a willingness to remain hands-on and explore emerging technologies

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong partnerships and lead strategic initiatives across a global and matrixed environment

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with experience balancing regulatory requirements, operational resilience and business outcomes

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences
