We’re looking for a motivated and impact-driven Data Engineer to join our Data team. This role is primarily focused on strengthening our data platform by designing and maintaining infrastructure and tooling to deliver greater autonomy for teams creating their own pipelines, while also contributing to implementing reliable and actionable datasets for the business. You’ll be responsible for choosing and introducing new technologies where they add real value while ensuring stability in areas that already work.

Build and Evolve the Platform: Design, develop, and optimize data infrastructure that empower teams to build and run their own pipelines and data products.

Build Scalable Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver reliable data across the company.
Ensure Data Quality & Security: Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices to keep our systems accurate, performant, and compliant.

Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt, Dagster, Prefect, along with data observability and cataloguing platforms (e.g., Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, DataHub, or similar).
Strong SQL expertise for large-scale querying and optimization, plus experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficiency in Python for data processing.
Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse architectures, with the ability to design evolving data systems.
Experience implementing DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).
