Role Overview
Comply is looking for a Data Platform Architect to define the architecture and integration patterns that power the next generation of our enterprise data platform.
You’ll shape how data products, APIs, event streams, semantic models, analytics capabilities, and AI-native interfaces work together to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable solutions across the business.
You’ll love this role if you enjoy solving complex architecture challenges, partnering closely with engineering and product teams, and creating reusable patterns that accelerate delivery.
This is a hands-on architecture role where your decisions will influence how customers, internal teams, applications, and AI-powered consumers interact with the Comply Data Platform for years to come.

Must-have
- 8+ years of experience in R&D Architecture.
- Proven success designing enterprise data platforms that drive adoption and business value.
- Deep understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating complex SaaS platforms into cohesive architectural solutions.
- Cloud-native architecture experience, ideally within AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of data products and modern data architecture patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
Nice-to-have
Lakehouse architectures.
Semantic technologies or knowledge graphs.
Event streaming platforms.
MCP or AI integration frameworks.
