Train staff on how to manage, access, and use data in the new RIS system.
Perform comprehensive validation to ensure data completeness and resolve inconsistencies.
Conduct post-migration verification and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Identify and resolve migration-related issues, such as data inconsistencies or system compatibility challenges.
