Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and administer enterprise Data Catalog solutions
- Maintain automated metadata management processes to ensure metadata accuracy, consistency, and discoverability
- Inventory, classify, document, and tag enterprise data assets across multiple platforms
- Configure, administer, and monitor enterprise Data Governance platforms
- Support implementation of governance policies, workflows, approvals, and stewardship processes
- Implement enterprise wide data classification frameworks and configure classification labels
- Configure and administer enterprise Data Quality platforms, perform data profiling and quality assessments
- Design and implement reusable Data Quality rules and build automated validation rules
- Develop Data Quality dashboards and KPI scorecards
- Partner with business users to define Data Quality rules and support business adoption of governance tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Classification, and Data Quality
- Hands on implementation experience with enterprise Data Catalog, Data Governance, and Data Quality tools is mandatory
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Experience with SDAIA, NDMO, and PDPL frameworks is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and administer enterprise Data Catalog solutions
- Maintain automated metadata management processes to ensure metadata accuracy, consistency, and discoverability
- Inventory, classify, document, and tag enterprise data assets across multiple platforms
- Design and maintain metadata models, business glossary, taxonomy, and catalog structures
- Improve data discoverability through metadata enrichment and standardized classifications
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure metadata accurately represents enterprise data assets
- Configure metadata ingestion, scanning, and synchronization processes
- Configure, administer, and monitor enterprise Data Governance platforms
- Support implementation of governance policies, workflows, approvals, and stewardship processes
- Enable governance dashboards, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement
- Work closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams
- Ensure governance documentation complies with organizational standards
Required Technical Skills
- Data Catalog & Metadata: Collibra or Alation or Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog or Microsoft Purview
- Data Governance: Collibra Data Governance or Microsoft Purview Governance or Informatica Axon or equivalent Governance platforms
- Data Quality: Informatica Data Quality or Collibra Data Quality or Ataccama or Talend Data Quality or IBM QualityStage or equivalent
- Metadata & Lineage: Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Business Glossary, Technical Metadata, Data Classification, Data Discovery
- Regulatory Knowledge: SDAIA, NDMO, PDPL, Enterprise Data Governance Frameworks, Data Classification Standards, Information Security Policies
- Additional Skills: Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, Data Validation, Data Remediation, Metadata Modeling, Workflow Configuration, Dashboard Development, KPI Reporting, SQL, Data Analysis, BI integrations, Documentation, Root Cause Analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Master's degree is an advantage

- Collibra Certification
- Informatica Certification

Experience Required
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Data Governance, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Classification, Data Quality
- Proven experience implementing enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality tools
- Experience configuring governance workflows, metadata ingestion, lineage, and business glossary
- Experience implementing enterprise Data Quality frameworks, scorecards, profiling, and monitoring
- Experience working within regulated environments and supporting compliance initiatives
- Experience collaborating with cross functional business and technology teams
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams
- Experience supporting enterprise wide data governance initiatives
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of Saudi data governance regulations and compliance frameworks is highly preferred
