Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Data Management Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives in a KSA-based engagement.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and self-management skills, along with a solid technical foundation in data management disciplines (BI, ETL, Data Architecture, etc.).

The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to drive data initiatives aligned with governance and analytics objectives.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • - Act as a primary interface with client stakeholders for data-related discussions
  • - Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews
  • - Translate business needs into structured data and analytics requirements
  • - Maintain regular communication and provide status updates to clients

Presentation & Advisory

  • - Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations (executive & technical)
  • - Support pre-sales, proposals, and client demos where required
  • - Clearly articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Data Management Delivery

  • - Contribute to implementation of data management frameworks (Governance, Quality, Metadata, etc.)
  • - Support BI, ETL, or Data Architecture solution design and execution
  • - Assist in defining data models, data flows, and integration patterns
  • - Ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NDMO)

Self-Driven Execution

  • - Take ownership of assigned workstreams with minimal supervision
  • - Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • - Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations independently

Experience

  • - 3–5 years in Data Management / Data Engineering / BI / Data Architecture roles
  • - Experience in client-facing or consulting environments preferred

Technical Skills

  • - Strong understanding of at least one area: BI, ETL, Data Warehousing, or Data Architecture
  • - Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Informatica, SQL, or similar
  • - Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata concepts
  • - CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification is a plus
  • - Awareness of NDMO framework and data regulations in KSA is a plus

Soft Skills

  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Strong presentation and storytelling ability
  • - High level of ownership, initiative, and self-motivation
  • - Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments
