Data Management Analyst

Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to support a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) contract for the U.S.

Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics & Engineering (G-4) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process automation, and database management, and will be adept at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.

• Utilize Palantir's Foundry and Microsoft's Power Platform to design and maintain full data lifecycles (e.g., collection, engineering, and reporting).
• Study, document, and transition complex legacy processes to ensure business continuity and identify opportunities for modernization.
• Build data pipelines and code repositories to combine and analyze datasets from SAP and other enterprise sources.
• Develop systems to plan, track, and validate large-scale financial and logistical data across multiple functional areas and fiscal years.
• Engineer databases to automate data collection, ensure data uniformity, track auditable actions, and facilitate analysis.
• Create insightful and dynamic reporting dashboards to support executive reviews and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather project requirements and ensure steady progress and clear communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience as a data analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Experience creating interactive reports using modern data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
