Role Overview
Moody’s Content Solutions – Structured Finance team acquires, manages, and delivers structured finance data for analytics solutions and client offerings.
The role supports data quality, accuracy, coverage, governance, and operational improvement across structured finance datasets.
Skills and Competencies
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or related analytical functions.
- Strong knowledge of structured finance products, including residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized loan obligations.
- Experience with data acquisition, validation, enrichment, cleansing, and Master Data Management initiatives.
- Advanced SQL skills for analyzing, transforming, and managing large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Python, VBA, automation, or scripting tools preferred.
- Knowledge of project management practices and software development lifecycle methodologies preferred.
