Role -Data Lead Architect (1 position) Position Description: The Information Technology Architect (Senior) shall provide expertise in the most current principles and practices of architecture, data management systems, and experience in large system designs, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and cloud-based Data Lake solutions. The individual must have experience in data modeling in the information management arena, including Medallion Architecture and Dimensional Data Modeling (e.g., Star and Snowflake schemas). This role requires knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability, such as EDI X12, FHIR, and HL7, as well as expertise in AWS or equivalent platforms. The individual provides expertise in modeling and organizing information to facilitate support of projects or information architectures and provides guidance on how and what to data and process model. The position primarily deals with transition planning from legacy to modern systems by concentrating on information flows, data exchange, and data translation standardization services. This includes leading a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, implementing Iceberg or Delta Lake-based OLAP solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA and CMS standards.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
General Experience : At least ten (10) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems, including at least seven (7) years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or cloud data architecture, with at least two (2) years in a technical leadership role.
