Data Intern - India Data Insights

Comfortable with Data wrangling, Data manipulation and Data cleaning as per the analytical plan using data analytical tools.

Source, clean, validate, and manage datasets from secondary data sources like UDISE+, ASER, Ministries,World Bank, GOI portals and other public domain data relevant to development indicators.

Support the creation of standardized data pipelines for recurring datasets, ensuring reliability and consistency in data ingestion and structuring.

Work with team members to identify data quality issues and develop approaches to reconcile inconsistencies or gaps.

Conduct descriptive and inferential analysis to surface trends, patterns, and anomalies across domains such as health, education, livelihoods, and sustainability.

Support the generation of analytical insights and evidence to inform philanthropic and CSR programs, nonprofit strategies, and ecosystem-level studies.

Collaborate with domain experts to interpret findings and shape data-driven narratives.

Design and build interactive dashboards or update existing interactive dashboards , infographics, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or custom visual scripts in Python/R .
