· Lead and coordinate data integration projects in an Agile environment.
· Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.
· Oversee the receipt, interpretation, and transformation of data using our specific toolsets.
· Ensure accurate delivery of data to systems and consumers.
· Provide end-user support for data services, analyze and resolve functional incidents, and advise on solutions.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to onboard new data sources.
· Prepare and deliver correspondence, presentations, and training materials for end users and stakeholders.
· Analyze business/user needs and document business rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements.

· Report to the Product Team Lead, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
· 4+ years of relevant experience, with a background in real estate and/or investment management preferred
· Experience with SQL databases.
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Some experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of data-related projects.
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds.
· Business English required; other languages beneficial.
· Experience with AI tools, including designing prompts and utilizing agents, to improve work output.
· Flexible working hours – within reason – to support global projects and meetings (Americas, APAC & EMEA).
· Familiarity with data management toolsets and Python programming (preferred).Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast ‑ paced, client ‑ focused environment.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with clients and cross ‑ functional teams.
· Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations such as percentages, fractions, and related numerical analyses.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
