The Role
Join the Wastewater Strategy team to turn complex operational and performance data into insight that supports decisions across the wastewater network.
Analyse flooding, blockage, incident performance, regulatory measures and geospatial information to understand what is happening and why.
Translate complex analysis into clear insight for stakeholders, including senior leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
- Investigate complex business questions and select effective analytical approaches.
- Produce analysis supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and manipulate data using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Use GIS and geospatial data to develop insights and visualise information.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support continuous improvement of data quality, reporting and analytical methodologies.
- Develop understanding of wastewater networks and operational assets.
- Recommend improvements to business performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
