Join a growing data function as an early- to mid-level Data Insight Analyst.
Help operational teams use interactive, trusted dashboards to improve decisions and outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities
- Gather reporting requirements directly from stakeholders across housing, repairs, finance and customer services.
- Design, build and maintain clear, intuitive and useful Power BI dashboards.
- Work with data colleagues to ensure reporting is based on reliable, well-structured data.
- Support users in understanding and adopting new reports.
- Continuously improve report performance, usability and insight value.
Required experience and skills
- Commercial experience building Power BI dashboards used by real stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into Power BI reporting solutions.
- Some experience with SQL or structured datasets.
- Strong communication skills and confidence asking questions.
- Desire to learn, develop and grow with the organisation.
Advantageous experience
- Housing sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
