Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise wide data governance strategies, frameworks, policies, and standards
- Establish data governance processes to improve data quality, consistency, accuracy, and integrity across business functions
- Lead data governance initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models
- Develop and maintain data policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation
- Monitor and assess data quality metrics, identify issues, and coordinate remediation activities
- Support implementation of data management, master data management, metadata management, and data lifecycle practices
- Collaborate with technology, analytics, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective governance of critical data assets

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with data governance tools, reporting platforms, or enterprise data management solutions is advantageous
