Role Description
- Accurately type visa and tourism applications with speed and zero errors.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Support day to day operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to visas and tourism services via chat.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed quickly and without mistakes.
- Maintain high typing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing skills (40–50 WPM minimum).
- Previous experience in chat support/customer service.
- Good command of English language.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,400.00 per month
