- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Support HR projects involving employee records digitization, data migration, and document management
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
- Assist with record management, and HR administrative tasks as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or HR support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, data cleaning and reconciliation, reporting and dashboard preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working with HR systems or ERP platforms will be an advantage

The Role
- We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a temporary six month contract.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, validating employee data and HR records while supporting ongoing HR projects.
