About the Role
Garagat is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage garage partner profiles on their mobile platform. You will create and maintain profiles, organize media, build service catalogs, and guide garages through onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain garage profiles on the platform: business details, working hours, logos, photos, and service listings
- Prepare and organize garage media (photos, logos) so profiles look clean and professional
- Build out each garage's service catalog — categories, subcategories, pricing, durations, and descriptions — accurately and consistently
- Guide garages through the onboarding process, answering questions and following up to get profiles complete and live
- Log system bugs and change requests as clear, well described GitHub issues
- Track your onboarding pipeline and flag anything blocking a garage from going live

About Garagat

The Role
- You'll own how our garage partners appear on the platform. That means turning raw information from garages into clean, complete, professional looking profiles — and helping garages get through onboarding smoothly. You'll also be our eyes on the product: when something looks broken or a garage needs
- This is a detail heavy role. If you take pride in things being accurate, consistent, and presentable, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain garage profiles on the platform: business details, working hours, logos, photos, and service listings
- Prepare and organize garage media (photos, logos) so profiles look clean and professional on the app
- Build out each garage's service catalog — categories, subcategories, pricing, durations, and descriptions — accurately and consistently
- Guide garages through the onboarding process, answering questions and following up to get profiles complete and live
- Log system bugs and change requests as clear, well described GitHub issues so backend developers can pick them up without back and forth
- Track your onboarding pipeline and flag anything blocking a garage from going live
What You Need
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and consistency — this is the core of the job
- Comfortable working on Windows (Excel/Sheets, file organization, image handling)
- Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Basic comfort learning new web tools (our partner portal, GitHub for logging issues)
- Reliable, self managing, and responsive — this is a remote role in UAE working hours
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data entry, CRM/admin tools, or marketplace/e commerce catalog management
- Basic image editing (cropping, resizing, light cleanup)
- Any exposure to GitHub, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
Compensation
- Base: 1,000 AED per month
- Commission: Up to 2,000 AED per month, tied to the number of garages you fully onboard and take live (complete profile, media, and service catalog, verified as presentable). Commission structure and per garage rate confirmed on offer.
