We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join NAND PHARMA's team in Indore. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and information for the company. As a Data Entry Operator at NAND PHARMA, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will work on a variety of projects that require precision and speed in data entry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your data management skills and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring data integrity and security by performing regular data backups.
- Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Performing regular data cleaning to eliminate duplicate and irrelevant information.
- Assisting in organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
