Job Summary
Leaders Tax Consultancy Firm is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate financial and client records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update client and financial data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of tax and accounting files.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with accountants and consultants for data verification.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and company records.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting or tax-related documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a consultancy, accounting, or tax firm.
- Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of UAE business documentation and procedures.
