Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Staff to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems.
The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, fast typing speed, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP/software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify data accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports using Excel and internal systems
- Perform regular data quality checks and corrections
- Coordinate with departments to collect required information
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Requirements
- Basic computer skills with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed (minimum WPM requirement can be specified)
- Familiarity with ERP or other software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
