Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately based on LPOs and purchase requests
- Generate, verify, and print sales invoices from delivery documents
- Update, edit, or cancel sales orders with the necessary approvals
- Enter customer approved quotations, pricing, and product information into the ERP system
- Verify invoices and follow up on pending or unchecked transactions
- Process invoice returns, amendments, and credit requests with proper authorization
- Maintain accurate records and filing of operational documents
- Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, and invoices
- Respond promptly to authorized internal requests for information
Requirements
- Previous data entry experience in the fresh fruits and vegetables industry
- Experience working with ERP or invoicing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including late evenings and nights

Salary
