About the role
JMD Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Accounts Assistant to maintain accurate financial databases and support daily accounting operations.
The role focuses on efficient data processing, accounting support, record maintenance, reconciliations, and management reporting.
Schedule and location
- The stated working hours are 11am to 7pm.
- The role is based in Mumbai CST and requires in-person work.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain high volumes of financial and operational data in the company system.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and month-end closing activities.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Generate routine management reports using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- At least two years of proven experience in data entry and accounting support.
