Role overview
The Data Entry Operator, also described as a Data Quality and Systems Operator, will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data from driver and segregation systems.
The role includes regular presence at the segregation bay and coordination with drivers, segregation staff, and the Data and IT team.
Workplace and schedule
- The position is based in the Jabal Ali Industrial Area in Dubai and requires in-person work at the segregation area.
- The role operates six days per week, including weekends, with a six-month probation period.
Responsibilities
- Validate system data against real-world activity from the company application and segregation tablets.
- Monitor segregation staff during data entry and compare digital entries with manual Excel and SharePoint records.
- Review exceptions, inspect segregation workflows, identify discrepancies, and escalate data issues.
- Provide basic support for logins, synchronization issues, and workflow errors.
- Clean and analyze data with Excel, query databases with basic SQL, and prepare reports with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Maintain records, document issues, communicate feedback, support training, and protect data confidentiality.
