Data Entry Officer/ Junior Accountant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accounting, sales, inventory, and operational data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other business documents.
• Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting activities.
• Verify data, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports and summaries.
• Organize physical and electronic records and maintain supplier, customer, and employee information.
• Support audit documentation, month-end and year-end closing documentation, and assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
