Overview

- Familiarity with UAE VAT procedures

- Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills

- ✅ Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accounting data into company systems accurately
- Prepare invoices, quotations, LPOs, and payment vouchers
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Organize and file financial documents and records
- Monitor petty cash and employee expense claims
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments
- Support accountants during audits and monthly closing
- Ensure all records comply with UAE VAT requirements
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks
- Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
