Data Entry / Jr. Accountant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accounting, sales, inventory, and operational data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other business documents.
• Assist with daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting activities.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries for management.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
• Maintain supplier, customer, and employee records.
• Keep records documented and available for audits and internal reviews.
• Support month-end and year-end closing documentation.
• Provide general finance and administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-entry applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in accounting, data entry, or the F&B industry is advantageous.
• Must be currently available in Dubai.

Compensation

• Pay ranges from AED 986.17 to AED 2,500.00 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
