Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain product update logs, release notes, and change documentation.
Coordinate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather accurate information on updates.
Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, and product update documentation.
Update product knowledge bases, help center articles, and other user-facing documentation.
Monitor user feedback channels to identify post-release trends.
Inform marketing, support, sales, and other stakeholders about releases and changes.
Assist with organizing product update meetings, demonstrations, and webinars.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organization.
Interest in product development and lifecycle.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
