About the Work
- Manage daily data engineering team activities, including goals, mentorship, coaching, leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Communicate with state and provincial regulators and set clear expectations.
- Operate a high-responsibility workstream with strict deadlines and audit exposure.
- Build data pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling with analytics, finance, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Prioritize and manage cross-functional data projects from inception to delivery.
