You will provide the organizational leadership, team-building vision, and operational drive to establish and expand our new European engineering hub in Dublin. In line with Verve’s site-centric location strategy, we build teams from the ground up by placing elite technical leaders on the floor first and empowering them to scale out high-performance engineering blocks.

In this role, you will take full people-management and strategic delivery ownership over our global Mobile SDK chapter—which includes established engineering pods across Hamburg and Bangalore, while aggressively hiring to build and expand your local footprint in Dublin.
