QA Ltd seeks a Data Engineering & Cloud Technical Solutions Lead to design and develop learning solutions across Cloud and Data portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative Data and Cloud learning solutions across digital self paced, instructor led and blended delivery models
- Shape bespoke, off the shelf and certification aligned products that are commercially relevant, technically accurate and aligned to customer needs
- Curate, structure and develop technical content for digital learning products and instructor led courseware
- Design learning solutions that build broad Cloud capability across architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, identity, governance, migration, operations, cost optimisation and cloud native services
- Design learning solutions that build hands on Data Engineering capability across data pipelines, integration, orchestration, warehousing, data lake architectures, data modelling, real time processing and operational data workflows
- Lead and support customer discovery, pre sales and solution shaping engagements
- Produce high level proposal outlines for customer solutions, defining recommended learning approach, target audience, learning outcomes, delivery model, scope and value proposition
- Translate customer requirements, market trends and portfolio priorities into scalable, outcome focused Data and Cloud learning products and solutions
- Collaborate with Data and Cloud Portfolio Directors, SMEs and internal stakeholders to design active, engaging and practical learning experiences
- Work with SMEs, accreditation bodies and vendor partners to ensure products remain aligned to certification requirements, curriculum updates and industry standards
- Support ongoing review and maintenance of Data and Cloud portfolios, ensuring products remain current, competitive and aligned to evolving market demand
- Identify opportunities to create reusable, adaptable and scalable learning propositions
Requirements
- Extensive Cloud and Data Engineering experience within an industry role
- Proven track record of designing, developing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modes (e.g. classroom, digital, blended, virtual)
- Able to consider scale and reuse in approach whilst attending to specific context of solution development
- Demonstrable experience of estimating solution development effort and adherence to committed targets
- Demonstrable experience of thought leadership (e.g. blogs, advisory boards, webinars)
- Demonstrable experience of working with senior client stakeholders
- Confidence in working with varying and senior client stakeholders (e.g. L&D managers, capability managers, functional area managers)
- Relationships with vendor/accreditation/professional bodies relevant to area of expertise is desirable
