- Act as a trusted advisor during workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related field
- 2+ years leading technical teams or managing engineering professionals
- Strong experience developing and deploying AI powered applications and LLM based solutions in production
- Excellent proficiency in Python
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or managing engineering professionals.
- Solid experience in developing and deploying AI powered applications and LLM based solutions in production.
- Hands on experience designing and implementing Generative AI applications, Agentic Workflows, RAG solutions, Tool Calling, and API based integrations.
- Excellent proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud AI platforms and services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI solutions within a consulting firm, digital agency, or corporate environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workflows across different clients or business units.
- Good knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data security/privacy issues.
- Knowledge of AI application evaluation frameworks and agentic systems.
- Experience collaborating with international and distributed engineering teams.
Benefits
- Full time position based in Montreal or Toronto.
- Annual salary between CAD 95,000 and CAD 130,000, depending on experience and location.
