Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in data engineering, telecom analytics, AdTech, digital advertising, or data monetization environments.
Experience developing and managing large-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration workflows.
Experience working with telecom datasets such as CDRs, network events, location intelligence, and subscriber data.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data processing, analytics, and automation.
Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Cloudera, Apache NiFi,
Databricks, Teradata, and Hadoop ecosystem tools.
Strong understanding of telecom data ecosystems, audience creation, and data monetization principles.
Knowledge of advertising technology platforms including CDPs, DSPs, DMPs, identity solutions, and audience activation platforms.
Experience with privacy-compliant data solutions and understanding of GDPR and related data protection regulations.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and machine learning/analytics tools.
Knowledge of identity resolution, audience segmentation, clean rooms, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modelling capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
