• Core Job Responsibilities
- Harvesting data (primarily from Epic or other enterprise systems) is based on requests from departments ranging from L&D to finance.
- Building solutions using core developer tools, conducting User Approval Testing (UAT) directly with internal customers (clinicians, administrators, legal, HR, etc.), refining based on feedback, internal testing, and final publishing. Regular scrum/stand-up meetings, documentation, and data consultative services/support.

- Work Schedule: 99% remote with flexible core hours (typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, totaling 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM).
- On-Site Requirements:
- First 6 weeks consist of all-remote vendor and internal training.
- Occasional on-site presence at the Fresno location for specific major project meetings or collaborative sessions (averaging roughly twice a year up to about 10 times a year depending on projects).
- ITS All-Staff meetings happen once or twice a year in Fresno.
