- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Data Collection Specialists.
- Ensure data is collected accurately, consistently, and on schedule from a variety of marketplace platforms.
- Develop and enforce SOPs and best practices for manual and automated data collection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, and QA teams to meet business needs.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training to elevate execution quality.
- Actively participate in data collection during high-volume periods or for complex sources.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to workflows.
- Contribute to planning and onboarding of new data sources and processes.
- Maintain adherence to security and confidentiality standards in all data operations.
- 4+ years of experience in data operations, content ops, or related roles; 1+ years of team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and time zones.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Google Chrome, shared drives, and S3.
- Process-oriented mindset with an ability to document and improve recurring tasks.
- Comfort with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Flipkart.
- Exposure to Chrome extensions or automation tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering and analytics.
