Data Collection Technician

Constellation is creating the AI-human translation layer that ensures humanity evolves alongside our technology. We're looking for a curious, highly reliable Data Collection Technician to join our team and help us run high-quality data collection sessions in our labs.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with participants, operate our data collection equipment, keep sessions running smoothly, and solve problems as they come up. You'll be an important part of the day-to-day operation of our labs and will work closely with engineers, researchers, and the broader operations team.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, pays attention to the details, and is excited to learn. You don't need to have every skill on day one. We're much more interested in someone who is capable, resourceful, and has the potential to grow with us.

Shifts run in blocks throughout the day between 4am–12am, and your assigned schedule may vary week to week based on study needs.
